Garlic Bread With Jalapeños


  • 1/2 jar Jalapenos

  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread

  • 3/4 c  unsalted butter

  • 8 tbsp Crushed Garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drain Jalapenos.Cut bread into one-inch thick slices and place on a cookie sheet. Toast in the oven for five minutes, or until edges brown slightly.Dice jalapenos. Melt butter on low heat and stir in jalapenos,  Minced Garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer on medium heat for about five minutes.Spoon a bit of the butter mixture onto each slice of bread and sprinkle with parsley. Arrange slices back into a loaf formation and wrap tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in oven for 6 mins.serve hot.
