Ingredients:
1 cup butter1 1/2 cup sugar (i used brown sugar)
5 eggs(if don't want egg you can avoid )
1cup almonds - chopped
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups mixed fruits(chopped)
2 cups all purpose flour
Method:
preheat the oven Oven temp 150 C-300 F.mix the all purpose flour and baking powder.Now add mixed fruits(walnuts, raisins) and mix well.In another bowl, whisk the butter and brown sugar.Add vanilla essence, eggs and flour and mix.Grease a cake tin with butter and then pour the mix into it.Bake for 30-40 minutes.
