Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp himalayan salt
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1/4 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2 cups almonds
1/2 tbsp ground cumin

Method:
Preheat oven to 170C / 325F.Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, until totally coated.Place in a single layer on the baking plate, and bake 15 minutes until toasty.Set aside to cool and crisp up.Store in container for 5 to 6 days.
