Ingredients:
1/2cup dry goji berries(jamun)1/2 grapefruit
1/4cup fresh parsley
1/4cup hemp seeds(sana bija)
2tbsp ground flax seed (alasi)
1 tbsp milk thistle
1/4cup almonds, pecans or walnuts
1 cup water
Method:
Soak the goji berries for or least 2 hours or overnight.Combine all ingredients in a blender.Blend till either very smooth.
