Ingredients:
3 mangos
1 Cup water
1 ½ Cup sugar
1 Tbs vinegar
pinch salt
Method:
Peel and cut mangos into 1/2 inch pieces. Put in blender with water Bring to a boil on medium high. Then reduce heat to medium and boil slowly for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.Reduce heat to med-low and simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Move pot from stove and set aside to cool.Transfer into jars and store in refrigerator.
