Aratikaya boiled with turmeric,salt and peeled
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Urad dal
Curry leaves
3Dry red chillies
3Green chillies
1 Onion(chopped)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder


Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,green chillies,dry red chillies,saute for a minute.Add chopped onion and saute till golden colour.Meanwhile mash aratikaya pieces in a separate bowl.Add salt to taste,turmeric powder and mix well.Finally add mashed aratikaya and mix well,cook for few minutes on medium flame,off the stove.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
