Ingredients: 

4eggs(boiled)
5 onions(Medium size chopped) 
6 garlic cloves(crushed)
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup water 
1 tbsp turmeric powder  
2.5 tbsp red chilli powder 
salt for taste  
Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Method: 

Put a pan up on medium heat add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the crushed garlic cloves let it lite brown then add turmeric powder  and add chopped onions let it fry properly.After add boiled eggs and red chilli powder and salt.cook for 2min.Add water cook for 10mins.Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.

Ingredients:

1 cup  brown sugar
1 cup butter softened
1 tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups mida flour
1 tbsp baking soda
2 cups chopped dates
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water

Method:

In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.Beat in vanilla and eggs until well blended.And beat in flour and baking soda until well combined.Cover dough with lid.Refrigerate at least 2 hours.Meanwhile, in pan, mix chopped dates,granulated sugar,water.heat to boiling.Simmer uncovered 10 mins, stirring frequently. Refrigerate until ready (to mixture will thicken as it cools).Heat oven to 375°F. Work with 1/3 of dough at a time.keep remaining dough refrigerated. On well-floured work surface, roll out dough with rolling pin to 1/5-inch thickness. Cut with floured 2 1/2-inch round cookie cutter. In half of cookies, cut out and remove 1-inch round or desired shape of hole from center. Place whole cookies on ungreased cookie sheets.Spoon 1 tbsp cooled filling onto center of each whole cookie; top with dough ring. With fingertips or fork, press edges of dough to seal. Return dough centers to remaining dough for rerolling.Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool it and remove from cookie sheets.

Ingredients:

For Stuffing:
3/4 cup Chana Dal
1 cup Jaggery, mashed
3 tbsp Grated Fresh Coconut
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
For Outer Layer:
1 1/2 cups Semolina
3 Cups Milk
Oil for deep frying

 Method:

 Pressure cook the chana dal with enough water. The dal should be just cooked and hold shape.
Drain all the excess water completely. Make sure that there is no water and let it cool down.
Grind the cooked dal into a powder and keep it aside. Combine the powdered jaggery and little water in a pan. Let the jaggery dissolves completely. and bring it to a boil.Now add the ground chana dal, grated coconut and cardamom to it and mix very well.Cook until the mixture thickens. When the mixture becomes like a dough, switch off the flame.Let it cool and divide into round shape balls. Keep them aside.Bring milk to boil. Slowly add the semolina to milk and stir continuously without any lumps.Reduce the flame to low and let it cook for a couple of minutes until the mixture thickens.
Let it cool for sometime.The semolina dough should be very soft.Grease your hands with little oil or ghee and divide the dough into round shape balls.Flatten the dough ball and keep pressing with your finger to form a cup shown bellow.

Place chana dal stuffing in the middle. Bring the edges together and seal it. Shape it into a smooth ball.Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Deep fry the stuffed balls in hot oil until golden brown color.Remove from the oil and Serve.

chikkudu kaya kudumulu(Broad beans)-very healthy food,Healthy recipe

Ingredients:

Rice  Flour - 1 1/2 cup or Bombay raw-1 1/2cup
Chikkudu kaya / Indian Broad Beans-1 1/2cup
Salt - to taste
Spring onion-1 bunch(finely chopped)
Fenugreek Leaves-1bunch(finely chopped)
Coriander leaves-1 bunch(finely chopped)

Method:

In a bowl add broad beans and 1 1/2glass of water and bring it to boil and cook for few mins till beans become soft.In another bowl add rice flour,spring onion,Fenugreek Leaves,Coriander leaves and cooked beans along with water. cool down it for 5 mins.Don't leave it for more than 10 mins.it become hard.Make a soft dough.Add water and bring to boil in a idly maker.Now make small balls with the dough.Grease the idly plate and put in the steaming bowl.add the balls,close the lid and cook for 15 to 20 mins.After that remove the lid and cool down for couple of mins.Take them into plate and grease them,other wise it would be sticky.serve with onion chutney,ghee or oil.

Ingredients:

Whole wheat brown breads - 4slices
Paneer -50grams (grated)
Green chutney -2tsp
Onion -1 finely chopped
Finely chopped coriander leaves - few
Butter-1/2tsp
pepper-1/2tsp
Bread Toaster

Method: 

In a bowl, for stuffing mix paneer, finely chopped onions, pepper, green chutney,chopped coriander leaves and salt together.Take 2 bread slices, apply butter on 1 side for both the breads, keep a tbsp of stuffing on the buttered side of 1 bread and close it with the other bread with the buttered side facing down.Butter the outer surface of the bread slightly if required or just grease the bread toaster and toast on both sides till golden brown.Cut it diagonally serve with tomato ketchup.
